“oh geez, is that a bug on the floor? i can’t tell”
“i’ll kick at it with my foot, the motion will probably make it move and then i’ll know for sure.”
“okay, it isn’t moving, maybe it’s dead.”
“oh, wait, no, it’s just a piece of lint, i should probably pick that up at some point.”
